- Wide grip lat pulldowns 3x12 - superset - Standing Lat pushdowns 3x12
- One arm dumbbell rows 4x12
- Seated close-grip cable rows 4x10
- Standing, alternating dumbbell curls 3x12 - superset - Machine preacher curls 3x12
- Hammer curls 4x12
